For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.

• A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.
• If your order only contains Lalele Gift Cards, you will not be charged for Standard Shipping. Sending an Online eGift card via email is free of charge.
• PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

• At this time, lalele.com is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.

• Lalele Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

• Some items sold by lalele.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At lalele.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

• Lalele.com is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that lalele.com is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

• Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Lalele.com currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:

• America Samoa
• Guam
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Virgin Islands

• Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• We’re sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please contact us via email. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on lalele.com may be returned.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on lalele.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange.

Contact us at info@lalele.com to arrange your free return. Our Online Experts will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs—or refund your purchase price—and we'll cover the return postage. A free return label will be provided to you via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package. To prepare your return package, please fill out the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return packageIf you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoiceIf you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice. Follow the shipping instructions provided in the email containing the prepaid label to send your return package.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
